Career.zycto is seeking a highly strategic and creative Digital Content Manager to lead our content initiatives. In this pivotal remote role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our comprehensive content strategy across all digital channels. You will be instrumental in enhancing our brand’s online presence, driving organic traffic, engaging our target audience of job seekers and employers, and ultimately supporting our business growth objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, audience segmentation, and performance analytics. You will not only create compelling written and visual content but also oversee content calendars, manage external contributors, and continuously optimize our approach based on data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy aligned with Career.zycto's brand identity and business objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle, from ideation and creation to publishing, promotion, and performance analysis across all channels.
  • Produce high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content, including blog posts, articles, website copy, social media updates, email newsletters, and video scripts.
  • Oversee and maintain the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and consistent brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to identify content opportunities and support integrated campaigns.
  • Analyze content performance metrics, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, content marketing best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure our content remains competitive and effective.
  • Manage and mentor freelance writers, designers, and other content contributors as needed.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in digital content management, content marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a strong command of English grammar and style.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with content performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
