Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving basic hardware and software issues.
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps for common problems related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.

- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior technical staff or specialized teams when necessary.
- Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions.
