Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketer with expertise in SEO and social media to join our dynamic team at Rogers Capital Technology Services in Vacoas. This is a pivotal role for an individual passionate about digital innovation, eager to enhance our online presence, drive organic growth, and build strong brand engagement across various digital channels. You will be instrumental in crafting, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility, attract new leads, and foster meaningful connections with our target audience.
Your primary focus will be on elevating our search engine rankings through comprehensive SEO practices, including in-depth keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and link-building strategies. You will continuously monitor search performance, analyze data, and adapt strategies to evolving search algorithms and market trends to ensure our content is easily discoverable and highly ranked. Beyond SEO, you will develop and execute compelling social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing community interactions, and running targeted social media advertising campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. This includes content curation, scheduling, and performance analysis to maximize reach and engagement.
Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with content creators, sales teams, and product specialists to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly material and ensure alignment of digital efforts with overarching business objectives. Utilizing web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite), you will track performance, generate insightful reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building.
- Manage and optimize social media profiles, content calendars, and engagement strategies across key platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Conduct regular SEO audits and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media and other digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and relevance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO and social media performance using various analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other marketing team members to ensure cohesive digital campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and social media best practices.
- Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns and other digital initiatives as needed.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities and implement innovative strategies to enhance online presence and engagement.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in SEO (on-page, off-page, technical)
- Demonstrable experience in social media strategy and management
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console)
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4)
- Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
