Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of digital marketing campaign performance across various channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Display, Content).
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization to improve campaign ROI and achieve client goals.
  • Perform A/B testing analysis and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers and client teams to define measurement strategies and reporting requirements.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Assist in setting up tracking and analytics tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by forecasting performance and identifying growth opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst or similar analytical role.
  • Expert proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing principles.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
