Your daily tasks will involve everything from crafting compelling ad copy and engaging social media content to managing email marketing sequences and analyzing campaign performance metrics to derive actionable insights. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., search, social media, email).
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence and content strategy.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and campaign ideas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Manage and maintain the organization's website content and performance, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and best practices for campaigns.

Required Skills

  • Proven working experience (at least 3 years) in digital marketing, specifically campaign management.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and social media advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) for basic content creation and ad visuals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
