Job Description
Are you a visionary digital marketer with a passion for talent acquisition and employer branding? PTC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Officer to lead our ‘Global Talent Route’ initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns aimed at attracting, engaging, and converting top-tier talent worldwide. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for global talent attraction and employer branding.
- Manage and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, company career site, social media, search engines).
- Create engaging content tailored for different talent segments and global regions, including blog posts, video scripts, social media updates, and email campaigns.
- Oversee SEO/SEM efforts specifically for careers pages and talent-focused content to improve organic visibility and drive qualified traffic.
- Implement and manage email marketing automation sequences for candidate nurturing and engagement.
- Analyze digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM data, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition and HR teams to understand hiring needs, develop employer value propositions (EVPs), and align marketing efforts.
- Partner with Corporate Marketing to ensure brand consistency and leverage broader company marketing initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in digital marketing, recruitment marketing, and employer branding best practices.
- Manage digital advertising budgets for talent acquisition campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a significant focus on talent acquisition, employer branding, or recruitment marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing platforms.
- Proficiency with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Experience working with global teams and understanding diverse cultural nuances in talent attraction.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
