Job Description

Sagicor Group Jamaica is seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Media Coordinator with flexible hours to join our dynamic marketing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage and maintain Sagicor's social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube), including content scheduling, posting, and community management.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content across various formats (text, images, videos, infographics) tailored for different digital channels.
  • Monitor digital trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify new opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on digital media performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Communications, Product Development) to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated campaigns.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive brand interactions.
  • Assist in the development and execution of digital advertising campaigns and SEO/SEM initiatives.
  • Ensure all digital content adheres to brand guidelines, regulatory compliance, and company policies.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in digital media management, social media marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their best practices, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and compelling storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising principles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, especially crucial for flexible work arrangements.
