Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze digital media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, HR, Talent Acquisition) to ensure brand consistency and align digital content with overall company objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, social media best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
  • Manage and organize digital assets, including images, videos, and written content, ensuring accessibility and adherence to brand guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a digital media, social media, or content creation role.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective best practices (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics for graphic design).
