Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital media strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance daily, making data-driven adjustments to achieve KPIs and improve ROI.
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to client spending limits.
  • Create engaging and persuasive ad copy, headlines, and calls-to-action that resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop compelling ad creatives and landing page experiences.
  • Provide detailed performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key successes, challenges, and future recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices, continuously proposing new strategies and tools.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating campaign progress and strategic vision.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital media planning and buying (SEM, Social Media Ads).
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for ad copy and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with other ad platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic advertising).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications.
