Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Manage and monitor daily campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization to achieve client KPIs.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Create compelling ad copy, visual assets, and landing page content in collaboration with content and design teams.
  • Perform A/B testing on various campaign elements (e.g., ad creative, landing pages, bidding strategies) to continuously improve performance.
  • Analyze campaign data, generate comprehensive reports, and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing, paid media, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaign strategies.
  • Manage budget allocation and ensure campaigns adhere to financial targets and timelines.
  • Contribute to the development of overall digital marketing strategies for clients, aligning with their business goals.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing digital media campaigns (SEM, Social Media Ads).
  • Proven expertise with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, tracking, and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging ad copy and understanding visual content requirements for various platforms.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic advertising).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in German is a plus.
