Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is aesthetically pleasing and products are well-displayed, both physically and digitally.
- Support online order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and dispatching items, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Handle inventory management tasks, including stock receiving, replenishment, cycle counts, and organization of storage areas.
- Utilize and troubleshoot in-store technology (e.g., tablets, digital displays, customer interaction screens) to enhance the shopping experience.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and digital services available (e.g., loyalty programs, online ordering, in-store pickup).
- Process returns, exchanges, and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
