Key Responsibilities

  • Process and fulfill online orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch or in-store pickup readiness.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to online purchases, product information, and digital services via various channels (in-person, phone, chat).
  • Maintain the visual merchandising and inventory accuracy of our digital product catalog and in-store displays.
  • Provide technical support to customers regarding our digital platforms, self-service kiosks, and in-store technology.
  • Monitor online customer feedback and reviews, escalating issues as necessary to ensure prompt resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Assist with the implementation of new digital tools and e-commerce initiatives, including content updates and promotional changes.
  • Ensure a consistent brand experience across all digital touchpoints, both online and in-store.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims for both in-store and online purchases with professionalism and adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns and promotions effectively within the store environment.
  • Conduct regular audits of digital product listings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Comfortable assisting customers with technology and troubleshooting basic digital issues.
