Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare dining areas for service, including setting tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, and condiments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring tables, chairs, and floors are spotless throughout service.
  • Assist servers by delivering bread, water, and other non-alcoholic beverages to guests promptly.
  • Clear tables efficiently after guests depart, ensuring proper disposal of food waste and careful handling of tableware.
  • Reset tables quickly and accurately for incoming guests, adhering to established standards.
  • Refill water glasses, bread baskets, and other communal items as needed during service.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure seamless service flow.
  • Address minor guest requests and direct more complex inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
  • Support dishwashing operations by bringing soiled dishes and glassware to the dish pit.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned, including polishing silverware and tidying server stations.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs consistently during shifts.

Preferred Qualifications
