Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a highly strategic and visionary Director of Learning & Development to lead our talent enhancement initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive learning strategies that drive performance, foster continuous growth, and align with our organizational goals and client needs. Beyond program design, you will manage budgets, evaluate program effectiveness, and mentor a team of dedicated L&D professionals. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s strategic objectives and client requirements.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of learning program development, from needs assessment and instructional design to delivery and evaluation, for both internal teams and external clients.
  • Identify critical skill gaps and future talent needs across the organization and propose innovative solutions to address them.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of L&D specialists, fostering their professional growth and ensuring effective team collaboration.
  • Oversee the L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment for all learning initiatives.
  • Champion the integration of diverse learning modalities, including e-learning, blended learning, workshops, and coaching programs.
  • Establish robust metrics and reporting mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of L&D programs on individual and organizational performance.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR, and department heads to ensure L&D initiatives are integrated into broader talent management strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in learning and development to continuously enhance our offerings.
  • Cultivate a strong culture of continuous learning, professional curiosity, and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
