Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s strategic objectives and client requirements.
- Lead the full lifecycle of learning program development, from needs assessment and instructional design to delivery and evaluation, for both internal teams and external clients.
- Identify critical skill gaps and future talent needs across the organization and propose innovative solutions to address them.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of L&D specialists, fostering their professional growth and ensuring effective team collaboration.
- Oversee the L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment for all learning initiatives.
- Champion the integration of diverse learning modalities, including e-learning, blended learning, workshops, and coaching programs.
- Establish robust metrics and reporting mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of L&D programs on individual and organizational performance.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR, and department heads to ensure L&D initiatives are integrated into broader talent management strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in learning and development to continuously enhance our offerings.
