Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s business objectives and talent management goals.
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of innovative learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and compliance courses.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development priorities across all levels of the organization.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and demonstrating ROI for all training initiatives.
- Select, implement, and manage learning technologies (e.g., LMS, e-learning platforms) to enhance accessibility and effectiveness of training.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a small L&D team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Partner with HR, senior leadership, and department managers to ensure L&D initiatives are integrated with broader talent strategies.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning programs, reporting on progress regularly.
- Research and incorporate best practices and emerging trends in learning and development to maintain a cutting-edge approach.
- Oversee vendor relationships for external training programs and content development.
Required Skills
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and evaluating successful L&D programs in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies (LMS administration).
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into effective learning solutions.
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure program effectiveness and ROI.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, Adult Education, or a related discipline.
- Certifications in L&D (e.g., CPTD, ATD credentials, or similar).
- Experience in the professional services or recruitment industry.
- Familiarity with talent management systems and performance management processes.
- Experience working in a multinational or diverse organizational context.
