Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's business goals and client needs.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative and impactful training programs, workshops, and coaching initiatives.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities within client organizations.
- Oversee the management of the L&D budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and return on investment.
- Establish robust metrics and evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness and impact of L&D programs.
- Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing L&D team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Integrate L&D initiatives with broader talent management strategies, including performance management and career pathing.
- Stay current with global and local L&D trends, technologies, and best practices, advising on their adoption.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure L&D initiatives meet evolving requirements.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic learning and development programs.
