Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a robust, organization-wide learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s business objectives.
- Design, implement, and manage a diverse portfolio of training programs, including leadership development, technical skills, compliance, and soft skills.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement across various departments and levels.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through relevant metrics and feedback, making data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of L&D professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth throughout the organization.
- Manage the L&D budget, vendor relationships, and resources efficiently.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in learning and development.
- Collaborate with HR, department heads, and senior leadership to integrate L&D initiatives into broader talent management strategies.
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership/director role.
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive L&D strategies and programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in relevant L&D areas (e.g., ATD CPLP, SHRM-SCP/PHR).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
