Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development, implementation, and evaluation of all learning and development programs across the organization, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and talent strategy.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify skill gaps, development opportunities, and emerging trends for various departments and employee levels.
- Design, curate, and oversee the delivery of innovative learning solutions, including e-learning modules, instructor-led workshops, mentorship programs, blended learning approaches, and leadership development initiatives.
- Oversee the selection, management, and evaluation of external training providers, consultants, and learning technology platforms.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and robust metrics to effectively measure the impact, effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI) of L&D initiatives.
- Develop and manage the annual L&D budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness of all programs.
- Foster a vibrant culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, Human Resources, and department heads to integrate L&D strategies into broader organizational development plans.
