Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with Career.zycto's overall business objectives and future growth plans.
- Design, implement, and manage a wide range of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, compliance, and soft skills enhancement.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across all levels of the organization.
- Evaluate and select appropriate learning methodologies, technologies, and external partners to deliver high-quality and cost-effective training solutions.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and ROI of L&D initiatives, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of L&D professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
