Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with organizational goals and future workforce needs across all departments.
- Design, implement, and manage a diverse portfolio of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, compliance, and soft skills.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing L&D team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional growth.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify critical skill gaps and emerging learning requirements throughout the organization.
- Evaluate and select appropriate learning technologies (e.g., LMS, e-learning platforms) and external vendors to optimize program delivery and impact.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and robust metrics to measure the effectiveness, engagement, and return on investment (ROI) of L&D initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and innovative learning methodologies to ensure Career.zycto remains at the forefront of talent development.
- Partner with HR and senior management to seamlessly integrate L&D programs into broader talent management and succession planning frameworks.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively, efficiently, and strategically to maximize impact.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the entire organization.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior Learning & Development leadership role, preferably as a Director or Head of L&D.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and implementing large-scale learning strategies and programs from conception to evaluation.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and modern learning technologies (e-learning, blended learning).
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building, motivating, and developing high-performing L&D teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) administration and e-learning authoring tools.
- Strategic thinking with a robust analytical mindset, capable of using data to drive L&D decisions and measure program impact effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPLP, ATD certifications, SHRM-SCP).
- Experience working in a professional services, consulting, or rapidly evolving industry environment.
- Familiarity with talent assessment tools, 360-degree feedback processes, and executive coaching methodologies.
- A proven track record of implementing innovative, adaptive, and blended learning solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Experience with global or multi-site L&D program deployment.
