Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's and our clients' strategic goals.
- Design, implement, and evaluate innovative learning programs, workshops, and initiatives across various delivery methods (e.g., e-learning, blended learning, in-person).
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing L&D team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness and impact of L&D programs, reporting on key metrics and making data-driven recommendations.
- Partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to identify training needs, develop solutions, and ensure successful program adoption.
- Research and integrate best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative approaches in learning and development.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient and cost-effective program delivery.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in strategic L&D leadership and program management.
- Expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
