Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's strategic goals and talent needs.
- Design, implement, and manage a wide range of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, soft skills enhancement, and compliance training.
- Utilize a blend of learning methodologies, including e-learning, blended learning, classroom instruction, coaching, and mentoring programs.
- Assess current and future training needs through regular performance reviews, skills gap analyses, and feedback mechanisms.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of L&D initiatives, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
- Oversee the selection and management of external training vendors and resources when necessary.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across all levels of the organization.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging learning technologies, and talent development trends.
- Lead and mentor a team (if applicable) or influence cross-functional teams to champion learning initiatives.
- Implement robust onboarding programs for new employees to ensure rapid integration and productivity.

- Proven expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
