Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's business goals and future talent needs.
- Design, implement, and manage a portfolio of innovative learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and compliance modules.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of L&D professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management and department heads to identify critical skill gaps and forecast future learning requirements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and modify programs as needed to maximize impact.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of learning technologies and platforms (e.g., LMS, e-learning tools).
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across all levels of the organization.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources while delivering high-quality programs.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in learning and development.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a senior L&D leadership role, preferably as a Director or Head of L&D.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design, and blended learning approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement impactful enterprise-wide learning strategies.
