Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's strategic objectives and talent needs.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative learning programs, including e-learning, blended learning, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across all levels of the organization.
- Manage and mentor a team of L&D professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs through robust metrics and reporting, demonstrating ROI and impact on business performance.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in adult learning to continuously enhance our offerings.
- Collaborate with senior management, HR, and department heads to integrate learning initiatives into broader talent management strategies.
- Oversee the L&D budget, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (8+ years) in a senior Learning & Development role, with at least 3 years in a leadership or directorial capacity.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic L&D programs that drive measurable results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Strategic planning and project management expertise.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform L&D decisions and demonstrate program effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, HR Management, or a related field.
- Certifications in instructional design, coaching, or talent development (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.
