Career.zycto is seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Learning & Development to lead our talent enhancement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports the company's strategic goals and talent objectives.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate innovative training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules covering leadership development, technical skills, compliance, and soft skills.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of L&D professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of learning technologies and platforms (LMS, LXP) to enhance learning accessibility and effectiveness.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for L&D initiatives and regularly report on their effectiveness and impact on business outcomes.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve maximum impact.
- Collaborate with HR, departmental heads, and senior leadership to ensure L&D programs are integrated with overall talent management strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends in learning technology, and adult learning theories to continuously innovate our L&D offerings.

Required Skills
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or directorial role.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful L&D strategies and programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM), and learning technologies.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency in project management and budget administration.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive L&D decisions and measure program effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in coaching, psychometric assessments, or instructional design.
- Experience with global or multi-cultural L&D initiatives.
- Familiarity with various Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
