Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and lead a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's overall business goals and talent needs.
- Design, curate, and deliver innovative training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules covering leadership development, technical skills, compliance, and soft skills.
- Manage the end-to-end learning cycle, including needs assessment, instructional design, content development, delivery, and evaluation of program effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing L&D team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the department.
- Oversee the management and optimization of our Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning technologies.
- Collaborate strategically with senior leadership, HR business partners, and department heads to identify skill gaps and future talent requirements.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for L&D initiatives, providing regular reports on program impact and ROI.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in learning and development to continuously enhance our offerings.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in strategic L&D program design and implementation.
