Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking an exceptional Director of Learning & Development to lead our talent enhancement initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive learning programs that align with our strategic objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will be responsible for identifying skill gaps, developing engaging content, and deploying cutting-edge methodologies to enhance employee capabilities across all levels of the organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of building robust frameworks for professional growth and leadership development. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and department heads to ensure our L&D programs directly support business goals and cultivate a highly skilled, motivated workforce. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's overall business goals and talent objectives.
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative learning programs, workshops, and resources for all employee levels, from entry-level to executive.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across various departments and job functions.
  • Oversee the selection and management of external training vendors and ensure effective integration of their offerings.
  • Implement and manage a robust learning management system (LMS) to track progress, ensure compliance, and analyze program effectiveness.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for L&D initiatives and regularly report on their impact and ROI to senior leadership.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing L&D team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in adult learning to continuously enhance our L&D offerings.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a senior L&D leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and blended learning methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently from conception to completion.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in leveraging learning technologies and LMS platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive L&D strategy.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Certification in learning technologies, psychometric assessment tools, or coaching.
  • Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with talent development challenges and opportunities in emerging markets.
