Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s strategic objectives and talent management goals.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments across all departments to identify skill gaps and future capability requirements.
- Design, develop, and deliver innovative and engaging learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, soft skills, and compliance courses.
- Manage the full lifecycle of L&D initiatives, from concept to evaluation, ensuring high quality and measurable impact.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all learning programs using key metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement and strong ROI.
- Select, onboard, and manage relationships with external training providers and consultants when necessary.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth throughout the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging learning technologies, and adult learning theories to continuously enhance our L&D offerings.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of L&D professionals (if applicable).
