Job Description

The Director of Learning & Development at Career.zycto will be a strategic leader responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive learning and development programs that align with our organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This pivotal role requires an individual with a deep understanding of adult learning principles, talent management strategies, and the ability to drive impactful initiatives across all levels of the company. You will be instrumental in identifying skill gaps, developing innovative training solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness of our L&D efforts to ensure our workforce is equipped for current and future challenges. This encompasses everything from foundational onboarding programs for new hires to advanced leadership academies for our executive pipeline.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will collaborate closely with senior management, department heads, and HR business partners to understand specific departmental needs and integrate learning strategies into overall business operations. Your vision will guide the creation of diverse learning pathways, including leadership development, technical skill enhancement, professional soft skills training, and compliance education. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Design, deliver, and manage a wide range of learning programs (e.g., leadership, technical, soft skills).
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs through metrics and feedback.
  • Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships.
  • Research and integrate innovative learning technologies and methodologies.
  • Coach and mentor internal trainers and L&D team members.
