Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with organizational goals and future talent needs.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate a wide range of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, soft skills enhancement, and onboarding.
  • Identify current and future skill gaps through needs assessments and collaborate with departmental leaders to address them proactively.
  • Manage the full L&D lifecycle, from content creation and delivery to program evaluation, ROI analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion and implement innovative learning methodologies, technologies (e.g., LMS, e-learning tools), and best practices.
  • Oversee the L&D budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing L&D team, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional development across the organization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning and organizational development.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a senior Learning & Development role, ideally as a Director or Head of L&D.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and various training methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic L&D initiatives that drive measurable business results.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ATD CPLP, SHRM-CP/SCP, coaching certifications).
  • Experience working in a multinational or diverse organizational setting.
  • Familiarity with talent management software and performance appraisal systems.
