Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term Learning & Development strategy that aligns with Career.zycto's business objectives and talent management goals.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, compliance training, and soft skills enhancement.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify current and future training requirements across all departments and employee levels.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of all L&D initiatives using key metrics and adjust strategies to ensure maximum impact and return on investment.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of learning technologies and platforms (LMS, e-learning tools, virtual classrooms).
  • Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing L&D team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Manage the L&D budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and programs are delivered within financial parameters.
  • Collaborate with HR, departmental leaders, and external vendors to deliver integrated talent development solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in learning and development to continuously innovate our offerings.
  • Facilitate high-impact workshops and training sessions for senior leadership and critical employee groups as needed.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a senior L&D leadership role (e.g., Director, Head of L&D).
  • Demonstrable experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating large-scale learning programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and talent management practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and various e-learning tools.
  • Budget management and vendor negotiation skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in Learning & Development (e.g., CPTD, ATD certifications).
  • Experience working in a diverse, multi-sector organization.
  • Familiarity with competency frameworks and performance management systems.
