Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy that aligns with Career.zycto's overall business goals and talent objectives.
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of a wide range of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, onboarding, and soft skills workshops.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify current and future skill gaps, recommending appropriate learning solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of L&D professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using key metrics and data analytics, continuously refining approaches for optimal impact.
- Research and implement innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the learning experience and accessibility.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and department heads to ensure learning initiatives support departmental and individual performance goals.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships efficiently.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.
