Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's business objectives and talent management priorities.
- Design, develop, and implement engaging learning programs, workshops, and e-learning modules covering leadership development, technical skills, compliance, and soft skills.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement across various departments and employee levels.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality program delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of L&D professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all learning programs using relevant metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior leadership and iterating as necessary.
- Research and integrate innovative learning technologies and methodologies (e.g., AI in learning, gamification, microlearning) to enhance program engagement and reach.
- Partner with external vendors and consultants to bring specialized expertise and resources for advanced training initiatives.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or directorial role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing large-scale L&D strategies and programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and modern learning technologies (LMS, LXP).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, project timelines, and multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure program effectiveness and ROI.
- Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development), SHRM-SCP, or SPHR.
