Job Description

The Director of Learning & Development at Career.zycto will be a pivotal leader, responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive learning strategies that align with our organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This strategic role requires a visionary professional who can identify current and future training needs, develop innovative learning solutions, and measure the effectiveness of L&D initiatives. You will lead a dedicated team, championing best practices in adult learning principles, instructional design, and talent management. This involves not just conceptualizing programs but also overseeing their execution, from leadership development and technical skills training to onboarding and diversity & inclusion initiatives. Your expertise will guide the selection and implementation of learning technologies, ensuring a modern and accessible learning experience for all employees. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and department heads to understand specific skill gaps and business challenges, translating these into impactful learning interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with Career.zycto's strategic objectives and business needs.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate innovative learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, onboarding, and soft skills workshops.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the L&D team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior management and department heads to identify current and future skill gaps and training needs.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of learning technologies and platforms (LMS).
  • Establish metrics and evaluation processes to assess the effectiveness and ROI of all L&D initiatives.
  • Manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact learning solutions.
  • Stay current with L&D industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

  • Proven leadership in designing and implementing strategic L&D programs.
