Job Description
The Director of Learning & Development at Career.zycto will be a pivotal leader, responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive learning strategies that align with our organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will lead a dedicated team, championing best practices in adult learning principles, instructional design, and talent management. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with Career.zycto's strategic objectives and business needs.
- Design, implement, and evaluate innovative learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, onboarding, and soft skills workshops.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the L&D team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management and department heads to identify current and future skill gaps and training needs.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of learning technologies and platforms (LMS).
- Establish metrics and evaluation processes to assess the effectiveness and ROI of all L&D initiatives.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact learning solutions.
- Stay current with L&D industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
