Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term Learning & Development strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s strategic objectives and talent pipeline needs.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative learning programs and initiatives, including leadership development, technical skills training, and soft skills workshops.
- Conduct thorough training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and future development requirements across the organization.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all learning programs using data-driven metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage and optimize the L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on learning investments.
- Identify, select, and manage relationships with external training providers and vendors when necessary.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the L&D team, fostering a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous professional growth.
- Champion the adoption of modern learning technologies and platforms (LMS, LXP, AI-driven tools) to enhance learning experiences and accessibility.
- Collaborate closely with HR, senior management, and department heads to integrate L&D initiatives into broader talent management and organizational development strategies.

Required Skills
- Proven leadership and management experience within an L&D function, preferably at a Director level.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of translating business goals into effective learning solutions.
- Expertise in adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM), and learning technologies.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously from conception to completion.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure learning program effectiveness and demonstrate ROI.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
