Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with organizational goals and future workforce needs.
  • Design, deliver, and manage innovative training programs covering leadership development, technical skills, compliance, and professional growth.
  • Identify current and future skill gaps through needs assessments and collaborate with department heads to address them proactively.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs using data analytics and metrics, ensuring a measurable return on investment.
  • Champion a continuous learning culture, promoting self-directed learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships efficiently.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in learning and development.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing L&D team.
  • Ensure all learning initiatives comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Required Skills

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership/director role.
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating large-scale L&D programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies (LMS, e-learning tools).
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in performance management and talent assessment tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in instructional design, coaching, or psychometric assessment.
  • Experience working in a multinational or rapidly growing organization.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems.
