Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s business goals and client needs.
- Design, develop, and deliver innovative training programs, workshops, and learning experiences for employees and, where applicable, for clients.
- Conduct thorough learning needs analyses, identify skill gaps, and propose effective solutions.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of learning technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships efficiently.
- Establish robust metrics and evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness and ROI of L&D initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing L&D team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Partner closely with senior leadership, department heads, and HR to ensure L&D programs support talent management and succession planning efforts.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in learning and organizational development to ensure Career.zycto remains at the forefront.
- Champion a continuous learning culture throughout the organization, promoting self-directed learning and professional growth.
