Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overarching R&D strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and long-term vision.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of scientists, engineers, and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the entire R&D project lifecycle, from initial concept and feasibility studies to prototyping, testing, and successful product launch.
