Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive R&D strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives and long-term vision.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of scientists, engineers, and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Oversee the entire R&D project lifecycle, from conceptualization and feasibility studies to prototyping, testing, and successful implementation.
