Key Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and execute the company's long-term R&D strategy and technology roadmap, aligning it with overall business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of scientists, engineers, and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the entire R&D lifecycle, from ideation and proof-of-concept to product development and market launch.
- Manage the R&D budget, resources, and project timelines effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and timely delivery of projects.
