This pivotal role requires a seasoned leader to spearhead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of our core technology products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the R&D strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s overall business objectives and long-term vision.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multi-disciplinary R&D team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from research and conceptualization to prototyping, testing, and deployment.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance product capabilities and drive competitive advantage.
- Manage the R&D budget, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient project delivery and optimal resource allocation.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Marketing, and other stakeholders to translate market needs into technical specifications and product roadmaps.
- Establish and maintain robust quality assurance processes, intellectual property strategies, and compliance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices, system architecture, and operational excellence.
- Present R&D progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and relevant stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, product development, or R&D leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering complex technical projects and innovative products.
- Deep expertise in modern software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and scalable system design.
- Strong understanding of data science, machine learning, and AI applications in product development.
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and technical resources effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or a related discipline.
- Experience in the HR Technology, EdTech, or recruitment solutions industry.
