Career.zycto is seeking an exceptionally visionary and dynamic Director of R&D to spearhead our innovation efforts in Norton, Mashonaland West Province. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the long-term R&D strategy aligned with company objectives and market needs.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of engineers, scientists, and technicians.

- Manage R&D budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient project delivery.

Required Skills
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in R&D leadership roles, with at least 5 years at a Director level.
