Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term R&D strategy and roadmap, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of engineers, data scientists, and product innovators.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment and iteration.
- Manage the R&D budget, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence within the R&D department.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance product capabilities.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within R&D.
