Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and researchers.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Manage the R&D budget, resources, and project portfolios effectively to maximize return on investment.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and scientific excellence within the department.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, research methodologies, and potential partnerships.

Required Skills
- PhD in Agricultural Science, Biotechnology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in R&D management, preferably in agricultural technology or food processing.
- Demonstrated expertise in the full product development lifecycle, from concept to commercialization.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property management and patenting processes.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
