Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and expand a diverse team of scientists, researchers, and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of multiple research projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Identify emerging technologies, scientific advancements, and market trends to inform future R&D directions and competitive advantage.
  • Manage the R&D budget, resources, and facilities effectively to optimize efficiency and maximize return on investment.
  • Establish and maintain strong intellectual property (IP) strategies, including patent filing and portfolio management.
