Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive R&D strategy aligned with company vision and market opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of R&D professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Oversee the full R&D project lifecycle, from initial concept generation and feasibility studies to prototyping, testing, and transfer to production.
