Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic R&D roadmap in alignment with Career.zycto’s overall business objectives and market vision.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of R&D professionals, including engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
- Oversee the entire product innovation lifecycle, from ideation and proof-of-concept to development, testing, and deployment.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, methodologies, and market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage R&D budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to ensure project success and operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and intellectual curiosity within the R&D department.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, marketing, sales, and operations teams to translate market needs into viable R&D projects.
- Ensure all R&D activities adhere to industry best practices, regulatory compliance, and ethical standards.
- Present R&D progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in R&D leadership roles, preferably within the tech or HR tech sector.
- Proven track record of successfully bringing innovative products or services from concept to market.
