Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the long-term R&D strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of researchers, scientists, and engineers.
- Oversee the entire R&D project lifecycle, from ideation and feasibility studies to prototyping, testing, and commercialization.
- Manage the R&D budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
- Foster a culture of continuous innovation, scientific rigor, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate new technologies, methodologies, and scientific breakthroughs into the R&D pipeline.

Required Skills
- Ph.D. in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Material Science, Electrical Engineering)
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in R&D leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management position.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project management, and budget oversight within an R&D context.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a proven ability to build, motivate, and manage high-performing technical teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
