Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic R&D roadmap aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and technical personnel.
- Manage the R&D budget, resources, and project portfolio, ensuring efficient allocation and timely delivery.
- Drive the ideation, development, and commercialization of new technologies, products, and processes.
- Establish and maintain strong collaborations with internal departments, external research institutions, and industry partners.
- Oversee the management and protection of intellectual property, including patents and trade secrets.

Required Skills
