Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive R&D strategy aligned with Career.zycto's business goals and market trends.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of researchers, engineers, and data scientists.
- Oversee the entire R&D project lifecycle, including ideation, planning, execution, and successful implementation.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate new technologies and methodologies (AI, ML, Big Data) into our product roadmap.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the R&D department.
- Manage R&D budgets, resources, and timelines efficiently.
- Collaborate with product management, marketing, and sales teams to ensure R&D initiatives meet market needs.
